Hendrik Iriawan, General Manager of Kirana Megatara, revealed that the primary challenge facing the company was that all hardware, infrastructure, and storage services in use were over 10 years old. This condition posed significant operational risk?if any device failed, the information systems and data processing critical to production would halt.
