Maintenance Support

CDT Offers a full range of maintanance support services to its partners and customers. These services comprise of a combination of trouble-ticket based preventive and corrective maintanance. 

Customers are provided a flexibility to choose number of trouble tickets, for both preventive and corrective maintenance support, as well as the coverage time for those services, which can be office hours (8x5) or 24x7 coverage.

Type of support can be delivered in form of On-call or Email support, Remote Support via secured Internet connection (VPN) or ON-site Support.

We also provide the facilities, such as: 24x7 Customer Response Centre (CRC), 24x7 stand-by engineers, testing facility and also spare parts or golden units for some common hardware components
